Nicht alles korrekt und vollständig hier: Es gab oder gibt auch zurückkehrende Jagdbumerangs, mit denen man Vögel in fliegenden Schwärmen erbeuten kann. Zurückkehrende Bumerangs lassen sich nicht so zielgenau wie nicht zurückkehrende werfen. Bei 1:56 Auftrieb wird wohl gemeint sein, nicht Antrieb. Und bei 3:10 Die typische „Bananenform“ ist nicht, weil die Bauer nur krummes Holz fanden, wie unlogisch ist das denn, sondern diese Form muss bei zweiflügligen Wurfhölzern unbedingt so sein, nur wenn die Flügel abgewinkelt sind, entsteht die stabilisierende Kreiselwirkung, ein gerader Bumerang würde nur trudeln. Das ist ja gerade das Geniale an einem Bumerang, Aerodynamik und Kreiselwirkung arbeiten zusammen und machen das magische Zurückkehren möglich.
Trotz 15 Jahren Turniererfahrung und hunderter gebauter Bumerangs hatte ich als Werfer kaum EInfluss auf die Gestaltung der Sendung oder wurde auch nicht um Rat gebeten, leider.
@@haguesworld7604 Ja, schade, dachten die KiKa-Leute, schon alles richtig verstanden und notiert zu haben und dass sie das Skript nicht noch vom Experten haben prüfen lassen. Die Sendung ist natürlich trotzdem interessant. Bumerangs sind komplizierte Dinge, sie sehen nur einfach aus. (Ich bin ja darin Laie und Anfänger, habe mich nur aus Interesse darüber informiert.) In Beiträgen über technische Sachen sieht man das häufig, dass es an technischem Verständnis fehlt und sich die Macher dessen nicht mal bewusst sind. Dabei war es nie einfacher, sich gründlich zu informieren.
Er hat auf jeden Fall am Ende den boomerang geworfen

Damn this is that old! This is Peter Gabriels music studio so I am not surprised he would appear on their best work! Loved that album just shocked on how far time passed me by.
